Hair Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
Uncover Your Body's Mineral Balance and Toxicity Levels
Are you looking for a comprehensive way to assess your long-term metabolic function, nutrient deficiencies, and toxic metal levels? The Hair Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test offers just that, providing insights that blood tests often miss.
This non-invasive test is suitable for all ages and examines the mineral content of your hair, offering a window into your body's cellular health over the past 3-4 months. Unlike blood tests, which only show current circulating levels, HTMA reveals the actual storage and excretion of minerals in your cells and tissues.
Benefits of HTMA include:
Early detection of imbalances before they appear in blood tests
Identification of nutrient deficiencies affecting your health
Assessment of toxic metal exposure
Insights into your body's metabolic rate and energy production
Guidance for personalised nutrition and supplementation plans
Price: $150 for test and report
This includes a comprehensive report detailing your mineral levels and potential imbalances. A separate appointment is required for a detailed results interpretation, where we'll discuss your personalised health optimisation strategy.
Blood Analysis Report
Get a Second Opinion on Your Blood Test Results
Have you ever felt that something wasn't quite right with your health, only to have your doctor tell you that your blood test results are "normal"? Our Blood Analysis Report offers a more nuanced interpretation of your results.
This service examines your blood test results through the lens of optimal ranges, not just the broad "normal" ranges used in standard medical practice. By doing so, we can often identify subtle imbalances that might be contributing to your health concerns.
The Blood Analysis Report includes:
A detailed review of your existing blood test results
Interpretation based on optimal health ranges
Identification of potential imbalances or areas of concern
Recommendations for lifestyle, diet, or further testing if needed
Price: $65

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A gut naturopath is a health professional specialising in natural, holistic approaches to digestive health. Unlike conventional medicine, which often focuses on treating symptoms, a gut naturopath works to identify and address the root causes of gut-related issues, using a variety of natural therapies and lifestyle adjustments to support the body's healing process.
Here’s how a gut naturopath typically approaches health:
Focus on the Gut as the Foundation of Health: Recognising that the gut influences many other areas of the body—such as immunity, mental health, and skin health—a gut naturopath treats digestive health as essential to overall wellness.
Personalised Care: Every individual’s gut microbiome and body chemistry are unique, so a gut naturopath often uses specialised testing to assess things like food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and gut microbiome balance. From this, they create tailored treatment plans for each person.
Root-Cause Approach: Rather than just managing symptoms like bloating or fatigue, a gut naturopath looks for underlying causes, which may include food sensitivities, stress, lifestyle factors, or nutrient imbalances, and addresses them to promote lasting health.
Natural, Science-Backed Methods: Using evidence-based natural therapies like dietary changes, herbal supplements, probiotics, and lifestyle adjustments, a gut naturopath works to restore balance and resilience in the digestive system without relying on medication.
Education and Empowerment: Gut naturopaths also focus on educating their clients, helping them understand their unique health needs so they feel empowered to make choices that support their long-term wellness.
In essence, a gut naturopath is a guide to restoring gut health and achieving a more balanced, energised life using natural and holistic methods tailored to each person’s needs.
