Strawberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
50 g banana
50g strawberries (or use any berry you like eg. raspberries, blueberries, mulberries)
100g almond or coconut milk
25g chia seeds
20g honey
splash vanilla
Method
Add to blender and blend till smooth, spoon into dish and refrigerate for an hour. If you cant wait you can eat it straight away. Top with fresh strawberries, nuts and seeds.
